Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation and rescheduling policy has been established to ensure fairness and maintain a clear understanding for all clients:
1. Scheduling and Cancellation Notice:
At least [24, 48] hours' notice is requested if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows sufficient time to potentially offer the appointment slot to another client.
2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Cancellations made with less than [24, 48] hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of [25% of the monthly subscription fee, ] This will be charged at the 48th hour after a no call/no show appointment.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without any prior notification (no-show) will result in a fee of [25% of the monthly reoccurring fee].
3. Emergency Waivers:
Unforeseen emergencies (e.g., sudden illness, family emergencies) can arise. In such cases, the cancellation fee may be waived, at the coach's discretion. Appropriate documentation (e.g., a doctor's note) may be requested to support the waiver request.
4. Rescheduling:
Clients are welcome to reschedule sessions, provided they do so within the specified cancellation notice period.
5. Coach Cancellations:
In the rare event that a session needs to be canceled, clients will be notified as soon as possible, with the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

7. Client Acknowledgment:
By booking a session with My Lavish Wellness, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Cancellation Policy.
Note:
This policy is designed to be fair to both the coach and the client, respecting the time and commitment of both parties.
Regular communication and mutual understanding are crucial for a successful coaching partnership.
Please review this policy thoroughly and feel free to ask any questions you may have before booking your first session.
Clients agree to this policy by signing up for services. The policy may change, and clients will be notified of updates.
This policy addresses individual session cancellations, not subscription fee refunds, which are handled separately.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
A subscriber/client may cancel their subscription before the end of the agreed upon expiration date. There will be a cancellation fee of $25.00 for cancelling within the first 30 days, $50.00 for cancelling after the first 60 days. There is no refund after the first 90 days of your subscription. You{the subscriber/client} will be expected to remit in full for services. Any and all cancellation fee's are applied upon cancellation of said subscription. When cancelling your subscription please send vial email to mylavishwellness@gmail.com. By scheduling Health & Wellness Coaching with My Lavish Wellness you agree fully to the subscription cancellation terms and policy
